26 March 2020, 10:00 – 14:30 GMT
** You, like us, will be only too aware of the fast-developing situation with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and staff is our priority and, with this in mind, we have decided to move this event from a physical meeting to an online webinar. [Dates and times as above.]
We will work with you and all of our attendees and speakers to ensure that, despite not being face-to-face, we still give you as much opportunity to network and connect as possible. We welcome your feedback as to how the events are working online and how we can improve or increase their reach in these ever-changing circumstances.
Thank you for your understanding.**
The event is suitable for anyone with an interest in participating in European projects in the forthcoming 2020 Secure Societies related topics. Delegates from all European Member States are encouraged to attend the webinar.
You can access the official European Commission presentations and voice-over recordings about the background of the H2020 Secure Societies Work Programme, application rules and all 2020 call topics from the recent H2020 Secure Societies Info Day here. We would ask anyone who joins our webinar to prepare and look at the material in advance of our online event.
Please note: We will not repeat and go into the details on the individual call topics, but will go straight into a Question and Answer session, where you can pose any questions you may have on the 2020 call topics and the application process. You can submit your answers to us in advance via this form.

With reference to Q&A, it has been agreed to proceed in the following way:
• through this google form https://forms.gle/eQwBLSoA8kF8G6tr9 you will be able to ask questions about the different presentations you have listened to;
• we will collect all the questions, categorized per area, and:
o questions related to Intellectual Property, SEREN4 or SeReMa tool, will be forwarded directly to the speaker, Mr. Michele Dubbini, Talia Passiar and me,
o all the other questions will be submitted, by us, directly on the Research Enquiry Service so that there won't be duplications.
You have time to send questions, but it would be good if we could collect them by Tuesday, 17th of March. All questions and answers will be collected in a unique document that will list them in a categorized way and will be shared with everybody.
Do not hesitate to contact the organizer whether you will face technical problems.
With reference to the Brokerage Event, the Oral Pitch Session and the ISF training (13th of March), everything will be postponed to when the situation due to the virus is solved.
Unfortunately the organizers are not responsible for any kind of reimbursement since this situation is a force majeure situation.
All details will follow in the forthcoming weeks.
Thank you for your understanding!
Kind regards,
Your SEREN4 Team
